sound [e] or [è]

In most -eler and -eter verbs, you must change the - l or - t to - ll or -tt when you hear [è]:

« -l -» / « -ll -» (appeler/ appelle)
[Apelé] [Apèl ]

« -t -»/ « -tt -» (jeter/ jette)
[zeté] [zèt]
